Well everyone it’s Thanksgiving week and lots of furious activity regarding what to serve for dinner is happening all across the country. I have a large turkey all ready to be groomed and cooked for the splendid day but it won’t be happening this year. I normally fix the much coveted oyster dressing but not this year, it will be a bit different type of celebration. Looking forward to possibly partaking in some crawfish ettouffee. My goal is to serve a nice banana foster cake as a dessert. For those of you that are hunting down the perfect bird to serve, thought this pic might put a smile on your face. Turkey at Disney and turkey on the beach, wow these birds just thought they won the lottery. Happy Thanksgiving!
