Sitting in my office right now and this is what occurred last night. I would say that you have to sleep to dream but that is not true in my case, but really the bags under my eyes are starting to look like they will be extra cost on the airline these days. What happened to that relaxation feeling I had when I was at the University of Memphis last night laying on my yoga mat and feeling so calm and stress free?
