2. I know they call California sunny but I must say that I dream about the days when I will permanently reside in Florida……Panama City Beach Florida has an average of 320 days of sunshine per year. So put up the vitamin D supplement I will have a natural supply from the sun. Studies have shown that a deficiency of Vitamin D is related to significant higher rates of different forms of cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis and many other health conditions and diseases.
